WARRANTY

Rockstella Stonery Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that Natural or Engineered stone surfaces we install are free from defects in workmanship under normal use. This warranty is not transferable. Rockstella Stonery Inc, at its own discretion, will replace or repair without charge, your natural or engineered countertop, provided that Rockstella Stonery Inc determines that the product has failed due to any defects in fabrication or installation. Rockstella Stonery Inc. obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of area that may prove defective within the warranty period, from the day of purchase. In no event shall Rockstella Stonery Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages nor labour charges that shall result from any defect in the product (such as plumbing, painting, tiling).

This warranty shall not apply to surfaces that have been subject to accidental negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and physical and chemical damage, such as chips, scratches, cracks, stains, watermarks, etching.

This warranty does not cover natural characteristics of stone or engineered product such as fissures, surface pits, blemishes, colour inconsistency.

This warranty does not cover seam failure or cracks due to settling or structural issues unrelated to the countertop installation.

Warranty on sink installation (but not the plumbing) is one year, and it applies to sinks purchased from Rockstella Stonery Inc. only. We can install your sink purchased elsewhere, but there will be absolutely no warranty on installation.
